APB: Are we prepping?

I was just checking out the APB:R forums, and I tried looking us up on the clan lists. We aren't in there, so I was wondering if there are any plans to establish a presence in the community or do any recruiting. It'd probably be good to start now since it's going to be released in the next 3-5 months. That's if anyone's interested right now. RIFT looks like it's taking up a lot of our attention.

Some questions I have:
Who was the original division lead? Would they take it up again?
What faction would we play (we can make a guild for both, but I feel like we're leaning towards criminal; we're Cybernetic "Punks", not Cybernetic "The Man")?

Solidbrim and, Xeros were the DLs at one point, some others maybe.

I know Solid said he would play again, but not lead.

We were criminal and should they follow through with giving us our characters back, I'll play occasionally too.

If someone wants to lead it and shows the skills to do so, we'll consider it. Otherwise it would just be casual, like RIFT.

I'm doing the WoW thing and playing Tera, so I can't DL or do any type of assisting with APB :\

I've been considering playing APB now that it will be free to play. If i do I'll probably have some of my friends join us. They have always wanted to play a MMO cops and robbers lol.

I will be playing APB: Reloaded. As Aproxy said we were Criminals during beta. At release we shifted to Enforcers when I took over as DL. Due to the state of the game at release, recruiting was very difficult if not impossible. I dropped DL because we dropped under the 50 player limit.

Casually I will be playing but 'officially' a CnP presence will not be there unless something changes.
