Its about damn time! Patch 1.1 has finally been released. What better way to welcome the new changes than to partake in a tournament.


General Tournament Info

North American server tournament.

1v1 64-man single elimination.

All rounds will be a Best of 3.

The tournament will take place on the 25th and 26th of September.

Tournament Schedule and Deadlines

Replays for the first round (the round of 64) are to be submitted by: 8:00pm Pacific, September 25th (11:00pm Eastern).

Replays for the second round (the round of 32) are to be submitted by: 3:00pm Pacific, September 26th (6:00pm Eastern).

The third round (the round of 16) is to begin at 3:00pm Pacific September 26th (6:00pm Eastern). All Participants must be ready to begin their third round (round of 16) games by this time. All remaining rounds will be played on this day.

The Tournament Bracket and Contacting Opponent

The following is very important! Take the time to fill in your profile on the Cybernetic Punks site. The link to your profile will be at the top right of our forum page here. Fill in all your 'Starcraft 2 Detail' info located in the 'About Me' tab.

This is mandatory so your opponent can see your battle.net name and character code by simply hovering their mouse courser over the Starcraft 2 icon next to your name on the tournament bracket.

The tournament bracket will be displayed here once the tournament begins.

The bracket is randomly generated.

Map Pool

The map pool will consist of all ladder maps plus Jungle Basin.

First map for the round of 64 and 32 will be Lost Temple.
First map for the round of 16, 8, and 4 will be Steppes of War.
First map for the finals will be Jungle Basin.

A map played in a series, cannot be re-picked to be played in that same series.

Reporting a win

Winner must submit the replays here and also message Arovien.738 as soon as you have won!

I was referring to the 1.1 T nerf patch. Although it will be interesting to watch tactics evolve with the new changes.

u know what the new tatics are, alot of fucking marines with stim pack
