the little envelope icons at the beginning of the thread titles while browsing threads are very similar to each other... as in:

the image displaying an "unread/new post in thread" looks just like the "read/no new posts in thread" icon.

its difficult to determine the difference between the two, i would suggest a different icon/image , perhaps similar to what we had in the old forums (a skull white/red)
