A few small issues I have noiced with CP 2.0

All of these issues have been noticed while using Firefox 3.6.6.

1) Post New Thread page's smiley images are missing for Snipe, Coffee, Zombie 4 and Nicethread.

2) The text formatting on theDFO The biggest MMO failure in a decade article is messed up a little.

3) When you view a article the staff text alignment gets messed up for whoever is in the left hand side of the table/column.

4) I'm sure this is intentional but just in case the Articles, Guides and Gear header links on the main page all link to the forums.

5) On the homepage when your logged into the site is it supposed to show you being logged in? It does correctly on the forums but the home page always has the log in box.

6) The staff names on the main page don't link to anything but appear to be hyperlinks when you mouse over them.

7) The portals for the featured games are probably not setup yet but I noticed they link to a default file not found page.

8) When you look at your profile page on the bottom left hand side of the page. The Permissions Group title overlaps with the group box below (at least it does on mine when your not part of any groups).

Might be more I have noticed and just looking at random pages during commercials during the Tour de France.

9) Looks like after posting a thread/post I'm not able to edit it and click the save button. After clicking on the save button to edit a post it just sits there for ever with the rotating circle graphic continuously rotating until the site is closed. I let it sit there for a few minutes before closing the page.

Thank you for the detailed post Mistereo, keep them coming. RivaCom is the going to be able to answer most of these a lot better and keep in mind some of these we are aware of already we're just focusing on other larger issues as well.

Thats something we're waiting on a response from the homepage coder and were definately aware of.

Correct, we don't have them linked anywhere at the moment but more then likely will end up being linked to our forum "profile page" which is 100% nicer then previous vB versions and fully customizable.

7) The portals for the featured games are probably not setup yet but I noticed they link to a default file not found page.

They are not currently being worked on as we have more important things at the moment.

11) On the Quick Links - View Forum Leaders page it seems kinda odd to have Community Members listed in that section.

We have barely scrapped the surface for things to finish. vBulletin 4.0 is filled with alitle things that annoy us, and we can't fix them. Most of the stuff you listed, don't work on purpose.

I have some of our usergroups purposely not show up in the Member List which is available to the public or bots.

Yea, Need to delete them and reup them. This is easy enough though. [DONE]

Not sure what you mean, it looks fine to me. What do you mean by messed up? Yea the formatting isn't a 100% but it was a quick copy and paste. If other articles look fine, I think this issue is done. [DONE]

This is a issue with the new design I haven't quite figured out yet. I'm actually waiting to hear from someone on this.

This will be fixed as it's being complete. The front page was far from complete. [DONE]

Checked this with 3 browsers, don't see what your talking about. Try again and see if it's still doing it?

This happens sometimes, and I'm not sure. Definately a VB4 issues and i'm looking into it.

These things will be tweaked. Overall you will only be able to see Members and Register users in members list.

See above answer, same thing here. It's just a couple of options we need to change around.

Thanks for the replys Riva and Kreeper. I know you guys are busy and my list was more of a "things I noticed" than a nit picking list. Might as well add a new one to the list.

12) On the home page I noticed that the Starwars the old republic article associated itself to a All Points Bulletin post which I thought stood out a little bit. Looks like other articles are also doing that like the Red Dead Redemption one linked a wow post in its related post field below the article.

Can you explain? I just rent through and clicked every article, and it loaded the correct article fine.

It loads the articles fine but at the end of article above the comments section and below the Share and Enjoy section is the Related Post (example below) area.

I'm not sure how it generates what post show up there but it appears that "related post" don't match the subject of the article. For example the Starwars the Old Republic article has All Points Bulletin | APB Game as a related post.
