    increase thread initial post character limit - too small

    the initial post character limit is 10,000 currently, and needs to be increased to something like 30,000 at least.

    I found a really good guide for ZvP and wanted to post it in the SC2 forums, but the guide is 16,000 characters and I am only allowed 10k. needless to say, i couldn't post it.

    plz fix this, tnx

    The post can have up to 35,000 characters.

    The minimum characters to now post is 5 rather then 10.
