Tags

The tags seem to be busted, I don't have permission to create tags for threads, not sure if other people have the same problem.

It's a permissions thing, Most likely we never setup anyone under admin to set tags.

Might be a good idea to allow everyone to use tags.

Everything member and above should have access to Tags at the very least. I'll take care of it. I could have sworn I tested this.

This has been taken care of now. It was an issue with Core usergroup.
