How to increase FPS

So far i've learned / heard about two ways to increase your fps/performance while playing TOR.

1.Right click swtor->properties->compatibility tab-> check disable visuals and desktop compositions and if you havnt already, check run as admin also.

2.Restart computer->go into bios->turn off hypertreading->save and exit

even on good comps Sw:ToR can run slow at times, it needs to be re optimized.
