Watching a replay

When you guys are watching a replay, what do you look for to help yourself improve?

see how your macro and micro was, how smooth the build order was, the timing of your attack and if your scouting was good enough.

Also watch the other play play you can learn a lot of what other races build orders are like by watching the timing of the build orders.
