Starting off, reforge ALL your gear to give yourself some mastery bonus' and to completely even out your hit rating. As a Moonkin, I had spirit and +hit on my gear so i ended up with something like +30% to hit (it was something like 809 to my hit rating) So i really had to reforge everything to get that ridiculously high Hit Rating down to something manageable.
