I don't believe this is true, for legal reasons. Because say I'm playing SWTOR beta, and it picks it up. Now people have exposure to something that isn't ment to be public. I understand the gui side, but they still need to add it in the system. IE: they need to know the file names and directories of each game before they can add support to them(track them).

Well I'm not sure how it works in terms of beta's and those types of things, but take borderlands as an example. Support for the game was included in last night's patch that I referenced, yet xfire still managed to track all the time I've spent playing before yesterday.
Sorry to derail the subject of this thread!

I'm waiting until the 12th when it will be available for digital download on steam to purchase this for the PC because I don't want to deal with a piece of shit disc. I doubt I'm the only one who has this plan.

Why is it that steam doesn't have it available until then? Isn't steam required to run the game anyway? Seems weird to me...

I'm not really sure, I haven't done much research on the matter. The PC pre-purchase price is also set at an inflated $60 just like the consoles. It has no pre-purchase benefits either.

Played on Xbox last night, it is cod4 with some updates, if you weren't super into cod4 definately not worth it. On the plus side, i've played 3 levels on Singleplayer and find it actually quite graphic and fun.
