Guess what folks?! It's time for another bad NCsoft report. And this time if you're a nyerk (hehe aion swear words) you'll have gotten hacked. So basically with this announcement you:
1) Gave someone your information (what?!)
2) 'Accidentally' entered your information on a public terminal while juggling a chain saw (chain saws are phun)
3) Downloaded too much pron and have a keylogger
4) Downloaded pron, while entering your information on a public terminal, while juggling a chain saw, punching a kitten and slapping a fish.
5) Downloaded pron, while entering your information on a public terminal, while juggling a chain saw, punching a kitten, slapping a fish, eating ramen, wondering why there are so many fillers in Anime... [Read More]
Do you like piss poor community addresses? Well shoot, NCsoft has you covered. In another address we learn stuff we already know, and in fact they are announcing a two week hiatus for the holidays. So if you're a griefer or a botter, get it out of the way now and kudos for telling everyone. Thanks NCsoft for another piss poor communication with the community! Back to the message.

Greetings, Daevas!
Community is truly the heart of an MMORPG, and we are glad to have you as Daevas of Atreia! We would like to thank all of you for making Aion what it is.

Well NCsoft and their legendary PR has decided to answer some more of the communities questions. Notice how nobody asks how they plan to stablize the economy ingame because they messed it up due to banning bots or how they banned 25% or so of their userbase for 'botting'. Instead they decided to appeal to the RP crowd and their christmas spirit. One only hopes that the dubbed 'Aion patch 3.0' delivers the awesome content the showed via the benchmark.

“We’ve heard rumours of a Christmas Event! Hopefully it will be better than Harvest Revel?”
You bet it will be better! We’re excited about this year’s Christmas event, one that we’re calling... [Read More]

We are constantly delighted that so many of you purchased and are now playing Aion. Shortly after Aion’s launch we experienced longer queue times than we would have liked. We reacted by working immediately on a server transfer system. However, the server transfer we began to implement was a rush job, and we are not happy with the result. As it... [Read More]
Over the last month we’ve been transparent about our plans for the 1.5.1 game update. We’ve been working diligently to bring this update as quickly as possible without creating additional problems or false expectations. For this reason, we’ve made a conscious effort to avoid sharing to much information about our plans to address the crashing issues that many of you have been having. Fortunately, our diligence isn’t without result. We’re happy to report that today’s update will include optimizations to the game client that should serve to solve many of those issues.
As with any change to the game client, there’s a small chance that some of you will have issues. If you continue to experience crashing during Fortress Sieges or other intensive activity today, please report it... [Read More]
